Dr. Jill Einstein is the Senior Director of Physician Engagement at MAVEN Project where she oversees physician volunteer recruitment and engagement and serves on the organization’s leadership team. Jill helps create and strengthen programs to support MAVEN Project’s partner clinics and amazing volunteer corps, whose spirit of giving back and educating others keeps her going.
A graduate of Stanford University and the Medical College of Wisconsin, she completed her internal medicine residency at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA. She has over 25 years of experience in the medical field and ran her own internal medicine practice before shifting her focus to other endeavors. Dr. Einstein has served as president of the board of several San Francisco Bay Area nonprofit foundations including the Mount Zion Health Fund and Belvedere Community Foundation.
Dr. Einstein is drawn to projects that leverage her medical background while combining her organizational and community building skills. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two grown children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her extended family, hiking in the hills of Marin County, reading for her two book clubs, and playing Boggle.
