With over 30 years of domestic and international experience in technology, human-centered design, strategic planning and technology product development, Terry Bradwell has held a number of executive leadership positions with both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Most recently, Terry was the EVP, Chief Strategy and Innovation officer and CIO with AARP, the world’s largest non-profit organization that focuses on people over age 50 live their best lives. He played a leading role in creating the strategic roadmap that transformed AARP’s business model into a technically savvy organization that creates consumer focused digital and technology based products and services. Known as an inspirational change agent, he headed the organization’s strategic planning, strategic intelligence, strategic corporate partnerships, product development and information technology. In 2015 he launched an awarding winning 30,000 sq ft innovation and technology lab in Washington DC known as “The Hatchery” that continually discovers new and relevant solutions for AARP’s 38 million customers.
A socially conscious executive, he serves on the Board of Directors for Venture Café Miami focused on enhancing the growth of South Florida’s innovation community by working to make it diverse, inclusive, accessible and better connected.
Currently Terry serves as the Managing Partner of Solvo Partners a technology development and management consulting firm he co-founded in September of 2017.
His residence is in Miami FL where he’s an accomplished musician, composer and music producer and donates much of his free time to developing talented young and aspiring musicians in the Miami area.
