Candidates should be committed to your mission and ideally looking to work over the long haul. In this talk, I will share the process we used very successfully at Kaiser Milpitas. We will focus on defining the type of person you would like and defining the process you will use with special emphasis on behavioral based interviewing techniques to better understand your applicants.
